Wes Okafor, Owner
I started this location in 2016 after ten years in commercial building envelope work. The first thing I learned on big jobs was that numbers matter more than adjectives. A blower-door test reading of 4,200 CFM50 tells you exactly how much conditioned air your house is hemorrhaging. After we seal and insulate, we run it again. I’ve personally overseen more than 9,000 home insulation projects, and every one started with a flat written price and ended with a documented photo record. On weekends you’ll find me at the La Habra 300 bowling league, where my average is 187 and dropping.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been running attic crews for eight years, and he specializes in the tricky stuff: retrofit spray foam in 1940s La Habra Heights bungalows with zero clearance, radiant barrier installation under composite shingle roofs that hit 160 degrees in August, and crawl space encapsulation where the existing vapor barrier is older than the homeowner. He’s certified in Icynene and Demilec spray foam systems, and he’s the person Wes calls when a job has “character.” Marcus keeps a collection of failed insulation samples in his truck to show homeowners what not to buy. Diana R., Senior Installer
Diana started as an apprentice in 2019 and now trains new hires on proper blown-in cellulose density, which in La Habra’s climate means hitting R-38 without compressing the material or blocking soffit vents. She’s particularly good at attic air sealing, the step most competitors skip. She’ll spend two hours with a foam gun on top plates and can-light housings before a single bag of insulation goes in. Diana is certified in Owens Corning AttiCat and GreenFiber blowing systems. She lives in East Whittier, commutes up Harbor Boulevard, and makes her own hot sauce, which she brings to every company potluck and most job sites.
James K., Service Coordinator
James answers the phones and schedules the crews, which means he’s the live person you reach at 11 PM when your HVAC is running nonstop and you suspect the attic insulation is the culprit. He’s been with us since 2021 and has read enough competing estimates to spot a scope gap from three paragraphs away. That’s why our Free Second Opinion works: James will sit with you on the phone, line item by line item, and explain what’s actually included. He’s the one who sends the technician-on-the-way text and follows up with the photo record link after the job closes. James grew up in La Habra, still lives near Imperial Highway, and knows which neighborhoods have the original 1950s batt insulation that’s turned to dust.

Elena joined us in 2024 after two years in residential HVAC. She’s already certified in basic air sealing and works closely with Diana on blown-in jobs.
